Ninety minutes, fully held.
We open in a circle with tea — names, intentions, nerves welcome. Then Mel guides you through a conscious connected breathwork journey: music, rhythm, and her voice keeping you safe while your body does something it hasn't done in years — let go.
Then, for those who choose it (always a choice, never a push): the ice. Two to three minutes that feel impossible from the outside and unforgettable from the inside. We close with warmth, journalling and a shared word or two.
- Complete beginners welcome — most guests are first-timers
- Everything provided: mats, blankets, towels, tea
- Small group, women and men welcome at classes
- The ice is optional every single time

Your body already knows how.
The breath opens
Connected breathing shifts your blood chemistry and quietens the thinking mind — gently, naturally, without a single substance.
The cold anchors
The ice teaches your nervous system its full range: stress, then calm — on command. That skill comes home with you.
The circle holds
Doing this beside others — hearing their word at the end — is half the medicine. You were never meant to do it alone.
This is what it actually looks like.

Good to know before you book
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Almost everyone — but not quite. Speak with your doctor first if you are pregnant, or have epilepsy or seizure history, severe heart conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgery, glaucoma or detached retina, severe mental illness, or a family history of aneurysm. Tell Mel before the session — a gentler variation always exists.
I've never done anything like this. Will I cope?
Yes. Most guests are first-timers, and the session is built for that. You can pause at any moment; Mel watches the room the whole way through.
Do I have to do the ice bath?
No. The ice is invited, never required — plenty of guests come just for the breath. Many surprise themselves on the day.
What do I bring?
Comfy clothes, a water bottle, and swimmers + a towel if you plan to brave the ice. Everything else is provided.
One message. One brave decision.
