Come as you are. Leave taller.
This is yoga the way it was meant to feel: unhurried movement, honest stretching, breath first — and not a single person checking what anyone else looks like. Stiff office backs, new mums, total beginners and quiet regulars all share the same floor.
Mel teaches intuitively: she watches the room and gives every body an option that works. Mats and props are provided — just bring water and comfortable clothes.

Questions people are shy to ask
I'm not flexible at all. Really.
Perfect — flexibility is the result of yoga, not the entry fee. Every pose has a gentler version and Mel offers it without being asked.
Will I be the odd one out?
The room is a mix of ages, shapes and experience levels. Nobody watches anybody — that's half the culture of this class.
Do I need to book?
A quick message helps Mel set the room, but walk-ins are welcome when there's space. First class jitters? Say hi when you arrive — you'll be looked after.
